    Image editing requires a lot of memory.
    Set memory_limit = 128M in php.ini

    Even thou many has experienced this error, I haven't experienced it myself.
    One user told me this solution:
    "I contacted tech support on my server and I believe they changed the permissions on the files/folders in plugins/system/phpimageeditor to 755 to take care of the issue."
